I draw out the very best of my clients to help them unlock their potential. There are a lot of gyms and personal trainers out there but I have chosen to carve my niche by just being true to myself. There’s no way that a one size fits all regime is going to cut it. I’ll chat to you about your needs, lifestyle and availability. And together we will build an ever evolving plan that changes as you change. I can get the best out of you, for you. Can you expect miracles? Yes, magic no. You’ll definitely have to put the work in though. That’s why my business an be summed up in its name.

Adam Miller

I'm an Aussie who moved to the UK back in 2005. I came to race triathlon and compete in Ironman events. When I'm not training clients, I'm training myself. I will always push my boundaries because if I don't do it for myself, how can I expect you to do it? While I'm based in the City of London, I also can train you online or even in your home.
No excuses now are there?
